who knew that michigan would be so hot?

i did.

i remember doing a summer project in traverse city, michigan in 2001 and they said to bring enough warm clothes. i ended up with too many clothes that were geared more towards the season of fall than necessary. i don't know where the people get their information. it is supposed to be in the 90's here. not much better in ohio, i say. not much.

anyway- people are working on our AC unit (we are living in an apartment) and they, of course, have been in and out since 10:15 this morning. thanks goodness i was able to grab a shower. talk about too much hassle!

hope that i'll get my act together today and call a bunch of people (aka 3 or 4) about job-related things (groan!).

maybe i will melt like the wicked witch of the west... apparently i am being a snot today (as i see from re-reading this!).
