or shouldn't i... knit this for my hubby. i'm gonna go with no. i think that he would look a little weird. i'm a part of the email list for the lion yarn stuff and this was the pattern a couple weeks back. it sort of surprised me because it was obvious to me that the pattern is not targeted to me. i'm sure that it is something that would work well for many, many other people... but not me. :) (or my hubby) the funniest thing to me is that the background makes it look like a school photo, but the person is wearing something that you'd like, go hunting or something.

Ha! That photo and pattern are hilarious. I can just imagine you making that for your guy. I would laugh. It *does* look like a school photo. Only if it was, I think I would be concerned about the student that chose to wear that on picture-day...
yikes! good point about that. i would be very worried if my little man was wearing this at school for a photo.
though to keep warm- i suppose it's ok. i went to the grocery and a cart retriever was wearing one. i felt bad about my post.
