tired

wow... after a week of irregular sleeping, i am definitely glad the husband is coming back tomorrow. it has been great to have my sister, her husband and child here, but i'm always amazed at how much work is involved with children. i don't know if i'll ever be ready for something like that. you know? maybe some day.

last night was fun. all the girls from the young couples study that i go to hung out. it is so much fun to get to know people better. around 9:00 pm, everyone split, and again sherri and i didn't know what to do with ourselves. so i asked her if she wanted to hang out, and it was a resounding yes (thank goodness! i was hoping my time would be taken up!), and we booked to what i thought was caribou coffee. apparently my memory was incorrect, and it was also closed. i will never get why coffee shops close early. a coffee shop in athens closed at i think 8pm every day. i kept thinking- that's where the money is! i love donkey coffee in athens. they really have their head screwed on correctly on how to be available for the coffee hang-outers. yes, i think that is a great way to do stuff for the school.

this week has been kind of unusual. i have been looking seriously at finding a letterpress. i really want one, so even if i don't know you, say a little prayer for me b/c i would like a lot of type, but i have a pretty small apt to house it. also pray that i will be allowed to spend money on that kind of thing. yeah. we'll see what happens.

okay- off to start the day... have to shower, go to some person's house to drop off the wedding stationary that my sister made (b/c she forgot it and is now 40 minutes away), go to the post office, and pay some bills, and then make the place look like halloween, and mop the floors... then wait for the parents to join me at my house.
