would you ever suspect that eating is really such a challenge with this kid? he looks so happy! ever since we've been back from my parents, eating has been sort of the worst part of the day (2nd to nap time that is beginning to be non-existent). some milestones in the past week:
• holding the cup on his own
• eating with a spoon (with a little bit of help)
• eating fruit again with his hands (he choked a bit- and threw the one in his hand on the floor- so the feud may be back on. i keep telling the kid to use his MANY teeth and chew- but i think that i still sometimes sound like an adult on the charlie brown show)
i'm pretty proud of him. next step- walking. it could be happening any time now (maybe). he's been experimenting a lot with standing lately, so that's a sure sign.
holy snow-man! there was a lot of snow after the new year. yeah. i'm not kidding. seriously. here's a glimpse of the beauty. owen was not super excited about being in the snow- but there was no crying so that's cool. i think that he is cool with touching it, but would benefit from being able to walk and move. the boots i had him in sort of limited that aspect, and for some reason when we put that coat on him, he sort of becomes a lazy bum and doesn't move. think it might be a bit heavy for him? possibly. at least it keeps him warm.

I'm glad he's (sort of) eating fruit again! Yay. Walking is so coming soon. You can do it O-man!
P.S. You mix vinegar with the Kool-Aid so it doesn't wash out. We should do it sometime. It's fun. :)

kids are so fun! I think we're always more traumatized by their toddler quirks than they are...don't they know life is suppose to be exactly how we planned it!
How old is O? and...
I can't quite be sure from some of your posts, but are you prego? When are you due?
