have you ever wondered where a noise was coming from? pretty much all through my life, if i know where a noise is coming from i can choose to ignore it. if i don't know, then it can drive me crazy for hours. near the end of my pregnancies i tend to find more mucus in my body (nose) in general. moments ago, i was sitting down and thought "WHERE is that noise coming from?!" then i realized it was my mouth. it was wide open and i was breathing in and out. goodness. how i would not be allowed to sit in peace if i were at my parents house breathing like that (hence the headgear i got to wear at night for a great length of time). the worst part is, if i breathe through my nose, the noise is worse.
what a conundrum. :)
