- "come on down honey" (my response: "who is honey? me, #2, my friend or her daughter?")
- "stay in bed, okay?" (talking to a small stuffed frog on the floor)
- "come on up!" (on the way up to the bath, wearing only a shirt, and tapping his bottom)
- "#2, would you like some more?" (talking to the lil' bro)
- "oh! the music is on" (responding to this cute elmo symphany cd i've checked out from the library. he really seems to like it)
- "mommy, would you like some milk?" (trying to share his milk with me. -no thanks, buddy-)
- "i am not clean and dry in my pants" (this was the first time he said he wasn't... and he WAS! we are still working on potty training. way longer than 3 days- though he did go to the bathroom right after this)
- "mommy, lets get a book" (while at barnes and noble tonight- we got harold and the purple crayon and swimmy! two of my favorite books growing up)
prayer times are still silly and sweet. love my handsome.
