kid #1 walking around... a little bit nervous with the traffic on the road and proximity to the house. new boundaries starting soon!
here's a picture of the exterior of our new house. we are going to start stripping the wallpaper this weekend. my mother-in-law is an interior designer and has access to a steamer through her work so she'll be hooking us up real nice this weekend. say some prayers for a swift removal.
i know you're envious of that hot wallpaper that is even covering the switch plates...
also- any ideas for colors that go well with dark crown molding? not going to go with a dark blue this time around b/c i think i would want to sleep ALL the time if it was that dark in our house.

I can't help with colors, b/c I have no clue. Is that a skylight in the bottom pic? We have two in our house, an it helps give so much light.

no, it's not a skylight in the bottom picture, but we do have a couple! i'm looking forward to the light that they bring. super excited.
i'm hoping my mother-in-law will throw out some good color ideas to us this weekend so we can discuss. she's been painting her home with some nice colors lately and i think she's got a pretty good eye. :)
