the list

of things i don't miss from the old house:

- the floors that make crazy noises while the kids ran around.
- the master shower and all the mysterious black stuff that came from behind the shower walls when i cleaned (mold? i don't know but is was downright nasty)
- the last few steps where there was no railing
- the *screened in porch* that most of the screens were damaged
- the crazy amount of ants that lived outside
- the dangerous *tree fort* (i would have been happy if there was a slide to get down instead of what there really was)
- the moving creaky spots in the house. tip toe tip toe... and the kids would wake up.
- the kid's bathtub was lined with some weird edging instead of caulk and it wouldn't stay up.
- the barking dog across the street

things i enjoyed:
- seeing the school bus drop the kids off
- the mailman coming right on time every day (2:15)
- a fenced in yard
- a great fireplace
- the memories that we've made
