baby legs. these things are so cute, i wish i had a girl so i could buy a lot of them. in this case, it is unfortunate that i don't (yet?), because i can't let owen out of the house wearing these cute things. that, and he pulls at them when he is distracted. anyway, here's another photo of the man when we were trying to keep the layers off. note the super cool magnetic thing in the background. this might be his favorite toy right now. i love it because i tell him the color and letter of each character, and so i feel productive in *teaching* him something even though i know in all reality he could care less. at least i'm talking to him! that is the biggest challenge for me, to talk with no response back. eugh. so tough. anyway- this magnetic thing is up in his big-boy room, and he loves it. he's also slept SOOOOO well in his big boy bed! (a full-size mattress on the floor) we're preparing the nursery again for the baby, so we had to trade up for owen. he's still sleeping in a pack n' play for naps, but at night, he totally sleeps on his bed, and it is so cute! i've successfully been able to sneak in and smile with delight upon seeing his little bum in the air as he sleeps on his tummy. successful = not waking him up.
